1. Be IN the moment

Close your eyes and take a deep breath and just hit pause.
Only when you’ve centred yourself can you be proactive and not reactive.


2. Create a Playlist

Music is so effective at shaping our moods, that's why it's really important to have a go-to playlist of some of your faves.

Think of it as a power playlist - songs that take you into your zen space, whenever you feel mental pressure or anxiety, hit play!

3. Take a nature walk

Never underestimate the power of an old fashioned walk. Take 5 minutes...10 minutes or however long you need, but get outside and take a nice walk.

Consume your surroundings as you stroll, and this will give you a clear platform to help re-focus your perspective.


4. Aromatherapy & Meditation

Meditation is an excellent tool for fine-tuning your mind, and it's straightforward! It requires focus on the alignment of your breathing and thoughts.

5. Keep a Journal

There is power in pen and paper, however, if you prefer to you can use your smartphone. Whichever you choose; write down how you feel in this precise moment, this process of articulating grants you ownership and power over your thoughts and feelings.
