Subscription Box FAQs


How does it work?

It’s simple, at the start of each quarter (every three months) we will send you a carefully curated box that includes a range of 4 -5 items to help you improve your wellbeing. Sign up easily and cancel anytime!

What will be in my box?

Each month we curate a range of products inspired by time, season & nature. 

Can I send a box as a gift?

Absolutely! Wellness is such a wonderful gift, we’re sure whomever you gift this to will be delighted. When you check out, you will fill out your billing information, then at the bottom of that section, simply choose “Ship to a different address” and you can enter your gift recipient’s address. We do not include a packing slip with the box, so they won’t ever see your payment information.

When will I get my box?

On our 3-month subscription, we will bill you and ship your first box at the start of the quarter - After that, your boxes will ship during the first week of each quarter.

What if I want a items from a previous box?

We'll issue you with a members only discount code for 20% off any items you wish to purchase during your subscription period.

How often/when will I be billed?

If you order the quarterly subscription, you will be billed when you first place your order, then again on the 1st day of each quarterly month.


How do I change my credit card information or my shipping address?
You can contact us by email, or you can update those in the My Account section under Manage Payment Options and Address Book. 

My Box arrived damaged, incomplete or it didn’t arrive at all, what do I do?

We’re so sorry! Contact us by email and our customer care team will figure out a solution right away!


How do I cancel my subscription?

We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we’re happy to help you get your subscription cancelled. Contact us by email and our customer care team will help get your subscription cancelled.

Please note, that even after you cancel your account, you will still receive any boxes that you have already paid for. Boxes are billed on the 16th of each month.
