How our subscription works
Our subscription is ever evolving, by taking into account the time of year and shifts in seasons, we are able to create new scents to compliment & enhance the mood,
We will always give you a heads up of what to expect in your next box prior to charging periods, which will give you a chance to anticipate your items.
You will be charged every 60 days, with the option to pause, skip or stop in simple steps. Reminders will also be sent before charge date.
Each box ships within the first week of the delivery month
Log in to your customer portal to skip a delivery.
- Click the Delivery Schedule tab to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions.
- Click Skip next to the delivery you would like to skip. If you want to unskip a delivery, click Unskip next to the order.
Our products are made with the greatest respect for sustainability and seasons, this is why our ranges are seasonal. However, as a subscriber you will be able to order your favourite items whenever you want, with an added 15% discount.
